Is this a free service?
EventInfra depends on donations made by organisations using the service. Considering the financial situation of the organisation, an agreement can be made on the height of the donation. For non-profit organisations the default suggested donation is 3% of the replacement value of the loanded equipment.
Any costs for shipping/handling must be paid by the event organiser. Pick up of equipment at no extra charge is possible in Amersfoort (NL).
Will you install the equipment at our event?
In principle we only supply equipment. However, the EventInfra community does operate this equipment on various events on a voluntary basis. We are also more than happy though to educate you on how to setup the equipment.

What are the rules for applying for an equipment loan?
These are the rules for applying for an equipment loan:
The event is organised as a non-profit event and is organised by a non-profit organisation. Or the infrastructure at the event is strictly community-run or run by volunteers.
The event is public; meaning the event has a website, anyone could sign up for the event and/or visit the event, etc.
The organisation is registered as a legal entity.
The event & organisation must be based in the European Union.
The equipment loan is for a maximum period of 30 days.
The request for equipment loan should be submitted at least 30 days before the equipment should be available.
The organisation should have an appropriate insurance for the loaned equipment. Or the organisation should be able to refund/replace the loaned equipment in case of defects and/or stolen/missing equipment.
